Happy Blogaversery to me!

It's hard to believe that a year has passed since I first blogged! I've decided that I really need to be a better blogger. I have been neglecting this blog for far too long! I think that if it weren't for shows like the Bachelor, Lost and American Idol, I'd be a lot better.

Last night we had a fun time at a birthday party for Clay and Jack's little friend. It was at the Great Wolf Lodge and we had a blast! Clay has gotten so brave in the water since last summer. He was going down water slides by himself and catching waves in the wave pool! I'm really glad that he has gotten more comfortable in the water. Maybe now he will want to take some swimming lessons in the future.

The weather has just been perfect these past few days! It has been hard to stay inside and impossible not to enjoy!

I've decided that one year olds have got to be the most difficult age for photographers to work with! I cannot keep Jack's attention for a second! He won't even make eye contact with me anymore! Maybe it's just my one year old that has that problem. I think that I've ruined him. He's gotten very good at ignoring me, that's for sure...

unless he's got a stick that he wants to poke me with!

And today I got a package in the mail from my mom with a wonderful surprise! She scrapbooked my blog and got it made into a book! She did such a great job putting it all together! It has been so much fun to look at!
