Catching up

Things have been very busy around here and I have not done a good job blogging lately. Here are some of the things that we have been up to in the past couple of weeks.

We had our friends Ben, Jill, and Betty, over one night and together we decorated a gingerbread house.

To Jill's defense, the consistency of the frosting was very difficult to work with...

but with a little bit of a patch job, two cans of Campbell soup, and the hard work of a four year old boy, the house turned out great! Notice the smiley face roof that Clay was so creative to think up on his own?

And I have to mention that they brought their new little puppy, Dublin, with them which the boys loved.
