1 box of chicken flavored Rice-a-roni
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
2 cooked chicken breasts - shredded
green onions
cashews
croissants or refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls
salt and pepper
Cook the Rice-a-roni according to the directions on the box. After it is done cooking, let it cool a bit before adding the mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken, green onions, & cashews. Serve in croissants or crescent rolls.
